The Franchise is a copycat version of The Agency from the game Hitman: Blood Money.
Late in the game 47 is informed by Diana that they are the last one left as The Franchise has eliminated all the other employees. At the end of the game 47 kills the founder and leader of The Franchise, Alexander Leland Cayne and other Franchise employees.
