Mission Ratings

Throughout the Hitman series a special ranking/rating system has been used in missions to judge how well the player did their job. The system takes into account several aspects, including how many innocent people the player harmed and killed, how many bullets the player fired, etc. The more silent and well disguised the player is, the better the ranking. In Hitman: Blood Money, the system also takes into account whether or not the player made the death look like an accident rather than a killing. The rankings in the games are as follows (in alphabetical order):

• Ghost
• Hatchet-man
• Henchman
• Hired Gun
• Hitman
• Iceman
• Mass-murderer
• Natural
• Ninja Extraordinare
• Postal
• Professional
• Psychopath
• Shadow
• Silent Assassin
• Slayer
• Sniper
• Sociopath
