Joseph Clarence

Joseph "Swing King" Clarence is the owner of an amusement park whose defunct Ferris Wheel kills a boy in a crash. The boys father orders the assassination of Clarence with a photo of the dead boy being the last thing he sees, after the judge acquits him of the charges. The mission serves as sort of a tutorial in Hitman: Blood Money.
